Please join us from 6:30-8:30pm on Thursday, May 12th, for an Evening Reception with our curator Ken Reiss as he discusses our current exhibit "Darien 1925-1950 - Golden Age of Art and Design".

The price of admission to the Reception is $25 for non-members and $20 for members. Please RSVP at 203.655.9233 or ukremer@darienhistorical.org.

This exhibit begins with Darien's Guild of the Seven Arts, the second earliest art colony formed in New England, and tells the story of how New York's new media of radios, slick magazines, and Victrolas created a huge demand for artists and how many of these artists flocked to live and work in Darien and how they changed our town.

The show will run through early 2017, 12-5pm on Tuesday to Thursday & Sundays from 12-3pm.

We look forward to seeing you there!
